Getting Back an Ex if They Have a New Partner

September 15th, 2008

Check out this e-book: Get Your Ex Back Easily

It is one of the hardest things to see when you have just ended a relationship - your ex partner with a new girlfriend or boyfriend. This can be a very hard and bitter pill to swallow, but this does not necessarily mean that you will not be able to rekindle you relationship with your ex. It is very common for people to seek comfort in a new partner after a relationship has just ended. This is usually known as a “rebound” relationship and does not usually last very long and does not mean that it is serious.

It can be easier to win back your ex partner if they have moved onto a rebound relationship. It is best to give yourself a little time to heal and gain your self confidence again before endeavouring to approach your ex for reconciliation. If your ex partner has kept in regular contact with you it will be a lot easier to try and establish a friendship that will hopefully grow into a full romance again. If they do not talk about their new partner to you at all or very little, this is a good sign. As strange as it may seem, it is also a positive sign if their new partner does not like you very much at all. If you have done nothing to make them feel this way about you other than you are the ex partner, this means that they feel threatened by you - which means you still have a chance!
