One of the best ways to make yourself feel better physically (and emotionally) is to get active.This is especially true for someone who is going through a breakup. When you are emotionally drained and depressed, find some exercise that is going to keep you healthy and fit.

You can join a gym if you are looking to get in shape. Or, you can join a health club or a spa to get some of the exercise that you are looking for. These places have all types of exercising equipment for you to try. Another way to get out of the house and get some exercise is to start running or walking. As long as you are getting your body in motion and moving about, you will start to feel better and more excited about getting on with your new life.
